I don’t even know where to begin. I can’t thank Tim at Calming Minds enough. This whole experience has changed the outlook I have on everything. I’ve suffered from anxiety since I can remember and in the last 4 years I have suffered from emetophobia (fear of vomiting) to the point where it inhibited my everyday daily life. I had tried so many things to get past or over this feeling but nothing had helped, I felt so defeated and felt like giving up until I found Every Breath. Only after three sessions with Tim, my whole perspective around that horrific overwhelming “sick” anxious feeling has completely changed. It doesn’t consume my thoughts or my life like it previously did and I couldn’t be happier. Such a freeing feeling, like a MASSIVE weight has just been lifted off my shoulders. Tim is such a genuine person, Because I work in an industry with lots of counsellors, psychologist, and what not I do not have much faith in them. However, Tim had a lot of lived experience which is so important when trying to help other people and understand them. If you are looking for a good hypnotherapist, I definitely recommend him. I tried others in the past, and I they have not been genuine. Tim was very flexible around bookings and times to suit my schedule even on weekends with short notice.

I cannot explain the difference I have seen in all aspects of my life since first seeing Tim. I have only done 2 sessions and my mindset has changed drastically, I’m happier and I have a new belief and purpose. I wish I saw tim 10 years ago, but it is never too late to make a change. This is such an open space to discuss some of the hardest things, but tim has always made me feel heard and understood regardless of what I tell him. I couldn’t recommend this more, just give it 1 go and you will see for yourself what he can do. This is amazing & can change your life.
